Improve yourself

We must think carefully that this life is our last. The last life we will have the chance to improve ourselves. It’s the last life, so we must improve ourselves to the fullest. We must make a lot of merit, make merit as great as a mountain. If we want to make a lot of merit, we must meditate a lot, make many resolutions, and also diligently confine the mind.
