Look within yourself

Look deeply, understand yourself clearly. Look from the rough perspective first, see how you are. Look to understand completely. Then look in detail, step by step. When you look at yourself until you understand, then you can understand everything else, everyone else. This is how the Dharma is, it’s strange but completely true.

Let us truly understand ourselves. Then we can completely understand how everything and everyone else is. Because the world is within us. Look inside ourselves and we will see everything clearly. But the worldly way is not like that. Busy looking at others, trying to understand others. Looking makes the heart burn, seeing does not bring understanding. Wanting to understand others but forgetting to look at oneself, doing this no matter how much will never lead to understanding.

For me, just look at yourself first until you understand. Then you will be able to understand everyone else completely.
